Summer Tea Party

Jenny uses raw pigment and traditional watercolour to try to convey an echo of time in her architectural and landscape pieces. Knitting colour by brush-mark and overlay gives a depth and luminosity to her rich colours and decorative approach. She collects imagery in oil and watercolour studies on her extensive travels and works in the studio from her drawings and notes to assemble pieces that reflect her emotive response to the world around her.
